This Policy describes what personal data the Institute of Family Medicine of Ukraine (IFMU, EDRPOU code 45703800) collects when you use insimmed.org.ua and take part in continuing medical education (CME) activities, why we collect it and how it is protected. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Data we collect
- when registering for events and taking tests (via Google Forms): full name, email address and other data requested in the form (position, workplace, specialty, etc.);
- final test results and certificate data (number, date of issue);
- when contacting us via the feedback form or email: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Purposes of processing
- registering participants and running CME activities;
- assessing learning outcomes and issuing certificates;
- reporting to the Education Quality Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine as required for CME providers;
- informing you about upcoming events — only with your consent.
Storage and protection
Registration data, test results and certificates are stored in Google services (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive) in the organization’s account with restricted access. Only authorized IFMU representatives have access. Data is kept for the period required for CME provider reporting and then deleted.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law and for reporting on CME participation to the Education Quality Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
